Ellen Griffin – C.E.O. & C. F. O.

Ellen is the primary stockholder of Residential Leasing & Management Corp., and is CEO and CFO of the Corp. Ellen primary responsibility is to interface between our board and the company president.

Ellen’s responsibilities involve reviewing and setting overall company policy and goals, overview and monitoring of our accounting department, establishing company standards, organizing work flow and expected final product of various company departments. Additional responsibilities involve establishing policy for leasing and leasing standards, monitoring and directing the interaction between RLM, Ideal Realty, Inc. (our leasing and sales division), and other outside Realtors. Ellen has overall authority and directs our company pension plan in addition to interfacing with the plan’s actuaries and attorneys.

A long time member of the Houston Association of Realtors and the Dallas and Houston MLS, Ellen is a Dallas native and has been involved with both property management and leasing of managed properties for more than twenty years.
