When working with RLM you will have a Project Team that will be in charge of overseeing leasing activity, agents, etc., and they will not accept anything less than well-qualified tenants, exceptional rental rates and minimum vacancies. Leasing and sales will be handled by our affiliate Realtors who are esteemed names and members of the Houston Association of Realtors Multiple-Listing Service.

RLM has arranged some of the most ideal leasing terms with Ideal Realty, Inc. Each new lease is accompanied by a "New Lease Warranty" that will provide you with ninety (90) days protection. The leasing fee from Ideal Realty, Inc. is equivalent to one month's rent except in San Antonio and includes all advertising, agent bonuses, etc. Ideal also provides property owners with a powerful sales program with discounted commissions.

Lease Renewals
Due to the fact that tenant retention is a foremost priority in the property management industry, a steady vigil is maintained in watching for expiring leases. Any tenant with an expiring lease is contacted at least sixty (60) days prior to the leases expiration in order to retain as many property tenants as possible. If it becomes necessary, a delegate from Ideal Realty, Inc. will be dispatched to meet with any renter who is unsure of whether or not they will renew.
