These inspections will be conducted as deemed necessary by your property team supervisor. Since vacancies pose the threat of vandalism as well as the need to verify that the property remains in top condition for viewing, the frequency of on-site inspections is coordinated to confirm that your property remains stable during periods of vacancy.

Your make-ready inspections will correspond with repair and renovation quotes to insure that no important items have been overlooked. Your property team will routinely inspect vacancies before, during and after vendors have performed make-ready repairs or renovations and all make ready inspections include digital photos that are e-mailed directly to you!
